Audit Defaults

To carry out effective audits it has been proven in practice to determine the frequency of the audit accordingly risk areas and plan.

In practice, it is especially in companies with many auditors usually very complex and difficult to schedule and coordinate the desired frequency of audits according to focus areas effectively.

In laPSS is a powerful tool available with the required number of audits per year, per auditor, per audit per type and region can be specified.

The planning officer may for example set for the auditor XY, that for production for the current/next year shall be done

• 4 Standard audits
• 2 Housekeeping
• 1 Fire Protection
• 2 Questionnaire Audits

As soon as the auditor XY has been logged on, the audit defaults will be listed.
The auditor XY can now edit or plan its audits.
